Core Values

Core Values are the deeply held convictions for how we do ministry in pursuit of our mission.

Mission Statement:
The Rocky Mountain Conference office exists to find, train, empower, and hold accountable leaders who are growing healthy, discipling churches.
welcome continued
to the web site for the Rocky Mountain Conference of Seventh-day Adventists which represents churches in Wyoming, Colorado and San Juan County, New Mexico. Our vision is to create healthy churches! We believe this is best done by focusing on discipling individuals, one person at a time through meaningful relationships. We are experimenting with several different governance models, church plants and other approaches to effectively carry out the great commission. We have over 15,700 members, 120 churches, 24 elementary schools and 2 Christian high schools. We believe our primary reason to exist is be a movement of disciples pointing anyone who will listen to Jesus. We are protestants and believe we are saved by grace through faith in Jesus alone, with scripture alone being our rule of faith and practice.
