Child Protection Training and Background Checks
The Rocky Mountain Conference follows the North American Division policies and guidelines for child protection training and requires a formal background check for all employees as well as for its Pathfinder and Adventurer leaders, counselors, and other adult volunteers who work with children.
To Complete training and a background check, please do the following:
1. Go to Verified Volunteers and click the button that says, "First-Time Registrant"
2. Select "Mid-America" from the drop-down list.
3. Select "Rocky Mountain Conference" from the drop-down list.
4. Create your account
5. Proceed through the screens selecting the appropriate options as you go.
