Description: Glacier View Ranch, part of the Rocky Mountain Conference, is seeking a reliable and well-rounded individual to fill a part-time support staff position. This 28-hour-per-week position provides a variety of support and services to the various operations around the camp property. Duties include janitorial services and maintenance and food service support.
Experience: Individuals must be available to work 28 hours per week on an hourly basis. Wage is based on the Unincorporated Boulder County Minimum Wage with an hourly rate of $16.57 per hour. Individuals must have the legal right to work in the United States and provide evidence of that right if employed.

Description: Vista Ridge Academy (VRA) is seeking candidates for a Pre-K Teacher Aide position supporting two classrooms, Preschool, age 3, with 10 students, and Pre-K, age 4, with 12 students. This includes Supporting the lead teachers in classroom instruction, preparation, and daily activities working collaboratively with the teaching team to meet the needs of students; assisting in maintaining a safe, loving, structured, and optimal learning environment; supporting the implementation of engaging hands-on lessons and activities; and assisting with supervision of students during classroom, playground, and school activities.
VRA is a P-8 school of 90-100 students, located in Erie, Colorado. VRA has seven full-time teachers, support staff, a full-time principal, and supportive constituent churches and community. These appointments are part of a shared ministry within our broader conference family, which includes churches across Colorado, Wyoming, and New Mexico. Our pastors serve in partnership with the conference to support vibrant congregational life, spiritual growth, and community engagement.
Position Title: Pastor
Status: Full-Time/Part-time, Exempt
Reports To: Ministerial Director, Rocky Mountain Conference
Base Pay 83% to 102% of NAD Remuneration Factor (Effective July 1, 2026)
$58,212 – $71,520 per year (full-time) + cost of living based on location
$29,112 to $35,772 per year (part-time) + cost of living based on location.
Position Summary
The Pastor provides spiritual leadership, pastoral care, preaching, teaching, and administrative oversight for a local congregation. This role is rooted in a calling to shepherd God’s people, nurture discipleship, and equip the church for mission and service in the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide weekly preaching and worship leadership.
- Offer pastoral care, visitation, and spiritual support to members and families.
- Lead and develop discipleship, outreach, and ministry programs.
- Work collaboratively with church boards, lay leaders, and conference leadership.
- Support church growth, community engagement, and evangelistic outreach.
- Administer sacraments/ordinances in alignment with denominational practice.
- Maintain ongoing professional and spiritual development.
Qualifications
- Ordained or eligible for ordination within the denomination
- Commitment to the mission, values, and theology of the Seventh-day Adventist Denomination
- Demonstrated pastoral leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication, relational, and organizational skills
- Ability to lead in both small and growing congregational contexts.
- Clear sense of calling to pastoral ministry.
